Q. I have a degree in Libral arts and has been working in the sales and marketing for overseas export. I would like to change job to be a realty estate agent, what steps I have to take?

How does a realty firm work?
Q. I'm looking for rent to live off-campus next year, so I contacted a realty to find me a house. What do they exactly do for me? Do I still have to contact the landlord too? thanks! If I find a house with people who are looking for an additional roommate, can the realty still help?
